Register & simply create adverts to SEND things to different countries/cities in a cheapest & fastest way OR you can create adverts to DELIVER other people’s things to different countries/cities and earn great money.

Here you can create a Luggage Space advert. Your advert will be posted for FREE when you receive the money for your contracted advert, website’s commission (~8%) will be deducted then it lands in your wallet safely. You can withdraw this money to your PayPal account or use it to create a Things To Send advert. Canceling an Advert or Ending a Contract; you can only cancel a not-contracted advert. If you have entered a contract with someone but now you do not want to continue the contract, you both can agree and release/request £0; if the other party CONFIRM, your contract will be ended and any remaining blocked money will be refunded to the Things To Send Advert owner.

 

Contracted Advert; when you reach a final agreement with the other party & click on the Final Confirmation button in your contract/message page, then that advert is contracted and you are legally bound to it.

 

Expiring; if your advert dates pass, without being contracted then your advert will become expired and will only be displayed privately in your My Account section

 

Withdraw; you can withdraw any unblocked money from your wallet, it takes up-to 48 hours to land in your PayPal account. Blocked money is the money you deposited for your Things To Send adverts which are not expired. Any money you earn from Luggage Space adverts or any expired Things To Send advert’s money are withdraw-able.

 

Releasing/Paying money; the other party can release the contracted money to you before or after the agreed date, just make sure you are satisfied based on your agreements.

 

Requesting money; depending on your agreement you can request the other party to release the contracted money to you before or after the agreed date.

 

Receiving/Earning money; when your contract completed and you both are satisfied with the delivery & everything else, the other party can release the contracted money or you request the contracted money.

Here you can create a Things To Send advert. Your advert will be posted for FREE. If you agree with someone and finalize your contract/chat, the money including the commission (~8%) will be deducted from your PayPal, deposited, and lucked safely in our PayPal account. When you release the money to the other party, the money will be deposited to the other party’s website wallet.

Remember we do not charge any fee for withdrawing from your website’s wallet to your PayPal account BUT PayPal might deduct some fee when money lands in your PayPal account. If you think you will create other Things To Send Advert, then better you do not withdraw from your wallet and better to use it for creating the Things To Send Advert.

 

Withdraw; you can withdraw any unblocked money from your wallet, it takes up-to 48 hours to land in your PayPal account. Blocked money is the money you deposited for your Things To Send adverts which are not expired. Any money you earn from Luggage Space adverts or any expired Things To Send adverts are withdrawal.

 

Releasing/Paying money; you can release the advert’s contracted money to the other party before or after your agreed date, just make sure you are satisfied based on your agreements.

 

Requested money; the other parties can ask for advert’s contracted money at any time but it is up-to you to release it based on your agreement.

 

Your money automatically gets deposited to PayPal safely, because we use PayPal for all transactions, so we are bound to its Terms & Conditions, which you can find here. PayPal is one of the BEST known & safe money platforms and for its customer-support & orientation. 

·        Yes, using the website & membership is completely FREE.

·        When your Things delivered & you want to release the contracted-money, you pay 8% (Variable) on top of the money which you agreed to pay the other party.

·        When you deliver the other party’s Things and he/she release the contracted-money to you, all the money minus the 8% (Variable) website’s commission lands in your website wallet.

Yes, on the Related Post page, you can post or promote any related thing for FREE, any un-related post might be removed and we keep the right to ban any post that we feel misuses our platform & its opportunities.

Yes absolutely, just make sure to reach an agreement with the other party about everything like, time/location of the delivery; loss, damages or theft insurance & responsibilities; exchanging each other’s a genuine copy of IDs, passport or address and so on and remember there will be an 8% commission when you release the contracted-money to the other party.

·        Make sure to use the website payment system only, so your money is safe on our website & PayPal account and only deliver or give thing based on your agreement otherwise, you are solely responsible for all the problems or difficulties.

·        Try to deal with profiles which labeled as “IDs Uploaded” because we have thoroughly checked their formal address against their legal documents, ID & Passport to be genuine & true, to avoid problems. Also, can we provide these documents to you/court if - God forbid- if formally requested.


·        Check everything single Thing’s details & legality compliance to prevent Airport problems.

·        Try to meet in each other’s genuine address so you can communicate efficiently in case of any issue.

·        Clarify the responsibility for any loss, damage, theft, Customer TAX, or insurance for the Things. Clarify the date/time/location of the delivery & collection. Plus clarify any penalty or compensation for any delays or agreement mismatches. Exchange each other’s genuine copies of IDs, passport or formal address, and flight ticket.


·        Communicate EVERYTHING on the website chat/contract page only, since it is considered proof of your contract & agreement and anything outside of chat/contract page can have less legal weight. In case of dispute with other parties on our website, we JUST consider content in the chat/contract page.

·        For your protection take pictures of every single Thing & upload them in chat/contract page so you can refer to them when needed. 

Yes 100%, exchange each other’s genuine copy of IDs, passport, or formal address and flight ticket and try to meet at each another’s genuine address so you can communicate efficiently in case of any issue.

You can see any member’s advert, transaction, comments, or rating on their full profile or mini-profile here, on their advert profile. These are good indicators to deal with someone or not.

  • You can raise a dispute on our website, we give each of you 15 days to provide your statements & evidence, then we consider everything & suggests a solution within 15 days, if you do not agree, you can take the case to a court.
  • Under each chat/contract page, is the Dispute button which guides you through it.
  • The dispute process can take about 45 days to come to a conclusion.
  • The conclusion might be unfavourable & disagree, then you might have to go to a court, which is very costly, lengthy & unpleasant. So, discuss & agree on all the smallest details before your final agreement with the other party.

You should have agreed about these situations BEFORE your final confirmation of the advert/contract, however, if you have not, then somehow you need to come to an agreement. On the adverts page which called Things To Send/Luggage Space you can see all kinds of adverts & on the left the side you can filter them anyhow you like. 

That depends on your agreement, normally when most or all of a 20 kg Luggage gets filled by one person, he/she pay for the luggage weight and sometimes they provide the luggage and sometimes not. So it all depends on your agreement. 

Check everything’s legality online & advise with legally informed authorities and if you have access to an airport-style scanner, scan the Things. Simply do not take/accept anything that you are not sure about.
